要想成为一名合格的监督员，就必须加深对管理者职责的认识，懂得如何做好工作。作者认为，一名合格的主管必须做以下工作：

     (一)上级服从领导的指挥，服从组织的要求，实行半军事化管理，认真、及时地完成领导分配的各项任务。

     (二)监理人员要了解和熟悉监控系统，掌握和熟练使用监控系统设备的功能，做好各类设备的保护工作，及时处理问题，不能及时向领导报告，联系生产厂家维修。

     (三)监事遇重大事件时，应积极配合公安机关打击违法犯罪活动，及时向领导报告，在跟踪录像、制作具体记录时采取紧急措施。

     3. Monitor and control the scene of major events in real time, and gather the specific records together, we should also actively cooperate with the public security organs in cracking down on illegal and criminal activities, and report and implement emergency measures to the leaders in a timely manner.

     4.班长上下班时，必须仔细检查监测设备是否短缺，是否有任何人或任何事情需要跟进，并防止所有无关人员进出监控室。在一起，要严格做好保密作业，坚决坚持自己在作业中的态度，以免为私利作弊、滥用职权、为所欲为。
